We are a group of caring, committed, and concerned community members who are dedicated to the prevention of suicide in Columbia County. We work together to create a culture of care in Columbia County.
We accomplish this by taking action whenever we can, connecting community efforts, strengthening our community's capacity to assist, and educating on suicide and the stigma surrounding it.

In most cases, suicide is a solitary event and yet it has often far-reaching repercussions for many others. It is rather like throwing a stone into a pond; the ripples spread and spread.
